Shipping & Returns

General Order Information

  • Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.
  • Merchandise may be returned as long as item does not have any wear or tear. We will only accept returns within 14 days of the order. (Return shipment must be postmarked by the 14th day.)
  • If the item arrives with any damage, IMMEDIATELY photograph the damage and contact customer service (info@daviscountrystore.com)
  • We are NOT responsible for the cost of shipping and handling for returns.
  • We are not able to process your refund until we have received your shipment and assessed your items.
  • We only accept one coupon per order.
  • If you use a discount code of 30% or more or purchase an item on sale, the items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Shipping

  • All orders placed by 11AM CST will ship out the same day. All orders placed after will be shipped out the following day. Note that we do not offer Saturday delivery.
  • If you have an order with larger products, please allow for an extra day of processing and handling as we will have to assemble custom sized and secure packaging.
  • Davis Country Store is NOT responsible for delays with USPS, products that are lost or damaged in the mail, products marked delivered by the Post Office. Regarding all of your shipping information, please contact your local post office first for packages that have not been delivered in the estimated time.
  • If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In rare cases, tracking information will not update but you'll still receive your order. Feel free to contact us once the estimated delivery time has passed.
  • All shipments include Tracking. If your tracking information confirms that it has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate the issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
  • We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-2 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS.) We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet guaranteed shipping times.
  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is returned back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to change your shipping address, please write to us at info@daviscountrystore.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee we will be able to do so.

The following items are final sale and CANNOT be returned: Sticky Strapless Bras, Flash Sales, Clearance, Item's Discounted 30% or More

  • All returned items must still have the ORIGINAL TAGS on them. Shoe boxes must be encased in another box to protect the items. If you send shoes back with stickers and and return labels directly on the shoe box, we cannot accept them.
  • Returned merchandise must be UNWORN and UNWASHED. Items that appear worn, have stains, smells of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted. If item has been worn once, it does not qualify for a return.
  • When making a return, please include the original invoice/packing slip and any notes (written or via email) on why it is being returned.
  • Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns also may vary. Although we make it a priority here at DCS to avoid these situations, they do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return is attempted.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your personal reference.
  • Please allow 3-4 business days for our warehouse to receive your return, and 7-10 business days for our department to process your refund.

Exchanges

  • Due to our limited quantities and high demand of products, we are unable to offer exchanges on any item. Returned merchandise will be processed for a return.
  • We recommend purchasing the correct size of the desired item, and then shipping back the returned product so that you do not miss out on the item. Again, we cannot process your return and issue you a refund until we receive your return.
