Refund policy
- Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.
- Merchandise may be returned as long as item does not have any wear or tear. We will only accept returns within 14 days of the order. (Return shipment must be postmarked by the 14th day.)
- If the item arrives with any damage, IMMEDIATELY photograph the damage and contact customer service (info@daviscountrystore.com)
- We are NOT responsible for the cost of shipping and handling for returns.
- We are not able to process your refund until we have received your shipment and assessed your items.
- We only accept one coupon per order.
- If you use a discount code of 30% or more or purchase an item on sale, the items are final sale and cannot be returned.
